Robert Petrokofsky has practiced law for over 40 years primarily handling civil litigation and transactions on real estate, business, and employment, matters.

Robert Petrokofsky obtained a B.A. degree from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, and then obtained his J.D. degree from Boalt Hall at the University of California, Berkeley, which is now known as UC Berkeley School of Law. He then worked at law firms in Los Angeles and Orange County and subsequently opened his own firm at which he has worked for most of his career. He has practiced in numerous substantive areas over the course of 40 years, primarily on real estate, business, and employment, litigation and transactions, but also including probate and personal injury litigation. Robert has known James Ulwelling for a number of years and joined Ulwelling Law, APC, on an “of counsel” basis in 2023, where he primarily works on real estate and business matters. Robert enjoys multiple activities, including sports and music along with friends and family.
