Evan Thomas is a knowledgeable and dedicated UCLA School of Law graduate specializing in real estate and business litigation. Evan has worked on hundreds of high-value real estate transactions, and has significant experience assisting attorneys and clients with business and real estate litigation. Evan’s litigation experience includes community association (HOA) disputes, celebrity home sale disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, environmental litigation, and more. Evan’s practice is defined by a meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and a dedication to safeguarding his clients’ interests in every matter they handle.

Since graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with high honors in environmental studies and geography, Evan has cultivated a career focused on real estate, land use, and assisting clients to navigate complex legal challenges. Before attending law school, Evan gained significant experience as a paralegal for four years at Gordon Kemper, LLP, a boutique firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions. There, Evan worked on commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, as well as lease agreements for properties of all sizes, from residential properties to shopping malls and large hotel developments. This early exposure to the intricacies of real estate law laid the groundwork for his client-focused approach and practical understanding of the industry.

At the UCLA School of Law, Evan was awarded Moot Court Honors for his performance in moot court competitions, and served as a Vice President of the UCLA School of Law Moot Court Executive Board. Evan’s academic focus on environmental law, particularly its intersections with land use and real estate law, has given him a nuanced understanding of regulatory frameworks and property disputes.
