Evan’s litigation experience includes community association (HOA) disputes, celebrity home sale disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, environmental litigation, and more. Evan’s practice is defined by a meticulous attention to detail, clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and a dedication to safeguarding his clients’ interests in every matter they handle.

Since graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara with high honors in environmental studies and geography, Evan has cultivated a career focused on real estate, land use, and assisting clients to navigate complex legal challenges. Before attending law school, Evan gained significant experience as a paralegal for four years at Gordon Kemper, LLP, a boutique firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions. There, Evan worked on commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, as well as lease agreements for properties of all sizes, from residential properties to shopping malls and large hotel developments. This early exposure to the intricacies of real estate law laid the groundwork for his client-focused approach and practical understanding of the industry.
